LA* weekend workshop - $500
2 day class led by the we heart team. with a special guest speaker each month. relevant for photographers of all levels and expertise. we'll cover what it's really like to be a working photographer. share all the insider info. and guide you creatively. includes all practical details of getting out there + getting jobs. and what to do once you get them! plus an individual work consultation. the vibe is casual + collaborative. participants will be limited so you'll get all the attention you need. held twice a month. everything you need to know in a fun + informative weekend!

day 2 – individual work review   

day 3 - test shoot - $750

optional day open to students who've completed the 2 day course. a day on set working on chosen shoot concept. get the real experience of what goes down + create work for your portfolio. a we heart rep will be on set to guide you through the day. and a full creative team will be there to ensure execution of the highest level. student will be responsible for photographer relevant + equipment costs. invaluable experience and something to show for it!

workshop package options

in addition to the weekend workshops:

one day intensive workshop - $750

individual meeting with the we heart team. will go over the topics from the 2 day workshop. with a stronger focus on specifics + work review. perfect for photographers looking to break through to the next level. we'll cover the transition from assistant to going out on your own. industry etiquette. the nitty gritty of the business. and a thorough review of your work: general edit with application to site + portfolio, marketing recommendations and a plan for moving forward. plus 2 follow up calls to make sure you're on the right path. serious information in a seriously short amount of time. 

online work review - $300

review of online presence. intro call to get acquainted. edit of relevant work posted online to define strengths/style. critique of any epromotional materials. and direction on how to move forward. followup call to discuss recommendations, answer any questions and provide further guidance. 

pop ups - $50 for 30 minutes

we will also have pop up consulting booths at various places around town. we'll be posting locations along the way.
